Yep, absolutely. And for listeners, continue for the first time, give us a little bit more about your story and

your current focus. Yeah. So I'm, as you said, a Portuguese Globetrotter that found himself entangledwith the American idea of entrepreneurism, which is very different from any other side of the world. SoI'm, I'm blessed to have had that, that experience that actually always have an ambition to grow, youknow. And with that, I was engaging with this company that is Azure SEO, which was a real estate marketing agency that I used to work with, and kind of the icons of real estate idea came ashore on, you know, building something that is actually not just a partner to the industry, but he’s actually apart of the industry, you know. So instead of being on the side, we’re actually starting being in the middle. And we’ve, we’ve been, we’ve been building icons in real estate for four years now, we are currently the number one real estate Podcast Network. We produce around 70 podcasts around, around the US and, and, yeah, and we’re not stopping for the 70. We’re going more and more than that. We’re distributing the idea as well and the magic that we have for our podcast framework. And that’s what I would love to share with you today. Awesome.

Let’s dive right into the topic at hand, which, which is, you know, basically podcasting for growth or scaling. So, so what is the number one secret to do just that?
Tomas
So first of all is knowing where you’re going. If you don’t know where you’re going, doing starting a podcast just because it’s not going to do you any good so we have, we have come through a few seasons of podcasting that it's that is coming even, even the last one that we saw was, was in in covid, right? Like, oh, I’m at home. What should I do? I’m gonna start a podcast. Right? So, podcast can be a really great way for you to journaling, for you to talk with your friends, have some laughs, right? But I don’t do any of those types of podcasts. Like, all the podcasts that I do are designed to grow a business, so like, the first thing that you need to do before anything else is figure out, what do you want? What are your goals? And only then you can place podcasting as part of those goals.

Okay, that makes sense to know where you’re going, and then also, you know the intent for what it is. Are you doing it for, for a journal? Are you doing it for, for growth with the company? Is that a fair summary? Yeah, exactly, pretty much. Okay, what’s, by the way, on that topic? By the way, when people are starting a podcast, it’s like, do they do it in like the, you know, the Joe Rogan, right? I know this is the extreme example, because he’s the best in the world, right?
