Brandon Elliott is a testimonial that with perseverance, persistence, and faith- all things are possible.

After the big explosion, Brandon saw this as a sign from God to look for a better path. Having to start from the bottom again, Brandon went on working various jobs. Day and night, he would work as a server at two different restaurants. Anywhere in between, Brandon did door-to-door sales for a real estate company. He quickly noticed how much the investors were making and had the “aha-moment” that investing was the only way out of the rat race. From then on, Brandon decided to learn everything he could on investing in real estate. He went into a rabbit hole, learning as much as he could from podcasts, youtube, all the books he could get his hands on, even seminars and saving as much as he can.

it really comes down to bank relationships. And this is something that very few people are actually talking about, it comes down to, you know, the know, like, and trust factor, banks are in the business of lending out money, right? There’s 4300 banks nationwide, they’re all trying to lend money to us. However, it comes down to a low risk category, right, they’re not in the business of doing high risk lending. So therefore, it’s really important for us to acknowledge what they’re looking for, and how to be able to fit within their box of lending. You know, personal checking and savings, business checking savings, mortgage, you know, personal loan, business, loan, CD, whatever it may be, they have a bunch of products and services, right. And then lastly, how much money is actually sitting in the bank, as well as in rotation, you know, what’s truly going in, and what’s going out on a 30 day, 90 day, and even some banks is a six month cycle, they want to see all this to have that know, like and trust factor to put you in a lower risk category and feel comfortable lending to you.

Brett

Okay, it’s actually pretty simple. But you’re right, it’s a new level we don’t even look at right, so how are you building relationships with banks? So you’re looking at him? It’s just like an entity out there that is there just to have your money and have charging fees? Or however you might think about it, right? Are you looking at how I actually become very attractive to them? Right? How do I make sure that I’m doing business with them? And I’m consistent, and I’m taking care of Malta? I’m actually using the services on multiple levels. Yeah. Great. Okay. That makes perfect sense. So,

Brandon

but it’s not like not people are applying for certain loans or car cars, many different things, you know, any type of products from these banks, but they don’t even have the simple thing like the bank account set up, right? Like these banks don’t know them, so therefore, it’s more of a higher risk to them. Yeah, it makes sense. So
