Paul Bianchi

Wonderful. Thank you. Brett, glad to be here.

Brett

Yes, grateful to have you here. And for our listeners, get to know you for the first time. Give us a little bit about your story and your current focus.

Paul Bianchi

Sure. Well, first I’ll say we’re sitting in a home that my company built this this last year. It’s anamazing, beautiful home right here in Lincoln, California. And so I’ll start you back from thebeginning to how we end up in luxury real estate like this. Great. But I grew up through osmosiswatching my father and my grandfather do the very same thing. So like you said, I’m a thirdgeneration contractor. I worked for both my grandfather first and then my father’s company and then started my own business in 1997 when I got my first contractor’s license. So I’ve been involved in construction of everything from large subdivisions of hundreds of homes being built to large apartment projects of three 400 units at a time being built. Start up my own company. We specialize in infill subdivisions. We’ll go into a neighborhood that might have five to 20acres sitting there surrounded by homes. We’ll buy that piece of land, of course, with the helpof an investor, we’ll get it completely entitled for homes and lots. We’ll put in the roads andutilities. We’ll build every home on that project and move in every client. The other part of the business is we’ll buy just one single family luxury lot, which there’s so many of those around Northern California, all the way from San Francisco to Truckee, and we enjoy buying those, usually with plans already in place. Somebody else has taken the time to get the plans developed. Get all the way to permit, and that’s where we work the best. With investors. We’llhave them help buy us that lot. Of course, we’ll go right into construction because the plans are pre-approved, the permit is ready, and we’re having tremendous success, especially in the high-end markets of California, such as Tahoe and Bay the Greater Bay Area, actually. So yeah, that’s what we’ve been doing the most recent years. Excellent. I want to take one other step back.

Brett

You know, I believe we’ve all been given certain gifts in this life, and these gifts have been given to us to be blessing and help to others. Some people call them superpowers. I think they’re God given gifts. And I’m just curious, maybe, you know, Paul growing up like, what were some of the maybe one or two, you know, strengths or gifts you believe you were given, and how does that help? And how you help and bless people today?

Paul Bianchi

Sure, I think one of the things that I was an entrepreneur, entrepreneur at young age, I was the kid that would stop by the Circle K on the way to school, buy a whole bag of candy, go to school and double the cost, right? And just, just sell the candy and make the money. I always saved it on top of my dresser. Everyone in my family would come to me when they needed change. They knew I had my I had that money. So, I was an entrepreneur at a young age. But really, I think my superpower is I can adjust with the times. No matter what’s going on. I’m really good at watching the current event, what needs to be done, what’s going to sell, what’s going on with the market. I’m one of the contractors that survived the 2009 economy hit that we all took, and of course, in the United States that was mostly surrounded by construction and the real estate industry. And so, I was able to pivot from that point prior going into 2009 I had almost 300 employees.
