I’m Adam. I’ve been traveling full-time since 2021 while building my marketing business. I’ve always admired people that did things their way, that made progress despite the doubters, and have a fire about living life to its fullest.

Episode Highlights Here:

Adam Rosen:

People not only want to buy once, but see value and to continue buying over and over and over again. And then once you do that, you have to learn how to build the systems so that either you can execute it more efficiently or that like what we do.

Brett Swarts:

What is the number one secret to building a bootstrapped startup as a nomad?

Adam Rosen:

I wouldn’t say it’s, I wouldn’t say it’s one thing, but the stuff that I always focus on is around building a business that’s profitable and repeatable. Now part of building a profitable and repeatable businesses, you got to get to product market fit, you got to build something, of course, that people not only want to buy once, but see value and to continue buying over and over and over again. And then once you do that, you have to learn how to build the systems so that either you can execute it more efficiently or that like what we do is we have team members that are able to execute on those systems so that my co founder and I can spend less time in the weeds of the day to day and more time spent focusing on the big picture and the big opportunity. But as a nomad, it’s so important, especially when my co founder and I are apart and I’ve never even met all any my employees in real life, in person that should say. So it’s so important that you can build out incredibly strong systems that are plug and play that people can be held accountable for and execute on.

Brett Swarts:

Okay, I got it. I think I got it. So it sounds like the number one secret to building a bootstrap startup as a nomad, the first secret at least is making sure that it’s a profitable business, and that it’s repeatable. And it sounds like the repeatable part of it means hiring a team members that can execute on these depreciable processes. Is that a fair summary?

Adam Rosen:

Well done Correct.
