Jason Kay

When I was in kindergarten, my father started to lose his eyesight. Growing up with someone facing the challenges of a severe handicap has definitely shaped me – it made me appreciate what I have and instilled a strong desire to want to help others.

So what is it that I do? Well, I just don’t open doors. I just don’t find doors. You can do that on your own. Well finding the doors, but what I’m doing is helping someone you know, the nickname is find their dream or live their dream.

Jayson Kay, let’s dive right in what is unique professional value, Jason,

Jayson

A unique professional value refers to how you can solve a prime client’s problem or help solve their need. The unique value is unique, of course, to that situation, not you yourself, you’re not trying to sell yourself, you’re trying to fix what’s going on in their life. They’re reaching out to your furies. And so don’t be selfish. It’s not about you. Can you or your service help someone get what they want? I me personally, I sell homes, townhomes, condos, investment homes, single family homes. Occasionally, I’ll go up to a multifamily three, four rooms in a apartment type of complex. So what is it that I do? Well, I just don’t open doors. I just don’t find doors. You can do that on your own. Well, finding the doors. But what I’m doing is helping someone you know the nickname is find their dream or live their dream. Why do you want to move here? You know, all those great probing questions we asked earlier, this is where they come into play.

Brett

Perfect. Jason. Yeah. And that’s the key right making it and understanding what it is they’re trying to solve. I like the way that coach Michael Burke puts it, by the way, says it’s called A to B. B is where they’re trying to go a is where they are. And the value is what us as professionals provide that bridge to help them achieve going from A to B and connecting those things. And so what’s the unique thing that they’re trying to solve for? What’s the big challenge they’re trying to overcome? What’s their ideal outcome? And the value is you helping them get their unique skill set that you have to help them bridge that gap.

About Jayson Kay

Success Coaching Linking Professional Value with Jayson Kay

Since 2013 Jason has been honing the skills to provide you with one of the best experiences in selling or buying your home: one that is as smooth and as stress free as possible.

Prior to real estate, he spent 18 years as a mechanical engineer in product development, project management, and technical sales culminating in 35 granted patents. During this period, he worked for several startups, mid-sized, and large corporations, such as Bell Labs. As a trained engineer and PMI-accredited project manager, you will find that he can help prepare you for what to expect and when it should happen during the transaction, which will remove your anxiety and uncertainty in your home purchase or sale.

In addition he can also help you understand the mechanics of how a home works, in addition to helping you see the possibility of owning the home of YOUR dreams – by suggesting renovations that result in the most ROI when selling their home; or when buying, what modifications can be done while working within the building & zoning requirements in addition to the expertise to help select the home to become their dream home.

He bought my first home at age 23. Since then he’s averaged buying a home about every 5 years, so he knows first-hand what buyers and sellers go through – both as a broker and a consumer. He can help turn the frustrations of the system and lack of inventory to your best advantage… In some cases, win the home of your dreams when 10 other people want the same home, and in other cases get the home potentially for below market value. He has owned fixer-uppers, rental properties, single-family homes, townhouses, condos, new construction, and everything in-between and can help you navigate what is best for your unique situation based on his wealth of personal knowledge and access to information when he doesn’t know the specific answer.

When not at work, Jason enjoys cars (especially tracking them), which includes coaching teenagers car control and accident avoidance with Street Survival as well as volunteering as a safety and corner worker with Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing. Additionally, He’s taught mogul skiing to the physically disabled with Crested Butte’s Adaptive Program. Besides all that he loves skiing, hiking the backcountry, and cooking – but not all at the same time.
