Episode Highlights Here:

Mark Just really dialing in on, you know, what are the actual outcomes we’re going for? The outcomes are reports delivered to the LPS on time, every time, you know, the financials delivered to the tax accountant on time and actually right? Keeping up with bills reconciling the banks every month, but doing all of these things timely for me, there’s no magic wand.    Brett What is the number one secret to scaling your real estate accounting?    Mark Number one secret has to be really understanding the industry and what’s happening and you know, really kind of, for us, it’s focusing on the outcomes. So what I always tell people is, hey, look, accounting, in and of itself, is not terribly complex, once you actually really learn and get educated, right? Maybe it is in the beginning, but it’s becoming about as like, what are the actual outcomes? So all of our clients are property management companies almost exclusively. Now, I should say, 6060 65% of our clients actually own and management, we call them owner operators, but just really dialing in on, you know, what are the actually outcomes we’re going for the outcomes are reports delivered to the LPS on time, every time, you know, the financials delivered to the tax accountant on time and actually right, keeping up with bills reconciling the bank every month, but doing all of these things timely. For me, there’s no magic wand. It’s just what we’ve built that RIA is a scalable system to say, look, we know what the six or seven outputs are. Don’t think about hiring a person. Think about hiring a service that is delivering outcomes. And that’s what we’re just hyper focused on and that usually resonates with real estate people because it’s just, they’ve got a problem and it’s solved my problem and we know the problems are those outputs we’re talking about.   Watch the episode here: https://www.youtube.com/live/ieZvUOGvsJE?si=R6v9hycufPE_wyOb
