So, I’m only 10 years in real estate, but you can tell from the looks and the hair that I’m not new to life. I’m 57. 10, you know, I came from a background in sales and marketing. I was the original. I worked at Poland Springwater, which is the Perrier Group, which in California is Ozark, was Arrowhead, Calistoga. So, they had bottled water throughout the country. Then I worked fora company called Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. I was the original K-Cup manager. So, I liked working for these smaller companies when they were starting out. Did beverage for 20something years with a lot, a lot involved in coffee, and then got into solar world for a little bit. And I worked for a company that ended up going bankrupt after not too long. And my wife was like, “What am I going to do when I grow up? And my wife’s like, “You should become a real estate agent. That was 10 years ago. I quickly bought my, created my own brokerage because I don’t like taking direction from others. I like being entrepreneurial. I like earning the money that the money that I earn. I like keeping as opposed to giving to others, and it just kind of worked out, and it’s been it’s been a worldwide. So, you know, for the past 10 years of last year, I did 55 transactions for about 40 million in sales. The brokerage that I that I own did about150 transactions for 90 million. So, I like to. Do myself selling, and I also like to coach and mentor the others. And so, I, I built a brokerage that is a place that I would want to work if I was a broker.
