You make your money when you actually purchase. So what does that look like? When do you purchase it? It’s not just location. I mean, everybody tells me Location, location, location. Yes, that is important. But however, you actually have to purchase it right? You can lease it out to cattle, you can have a cotton farm, there’s so many different ways depending on where you are in the state of Texas. You can use those terms also not only just in the land itself, I have a cattle guy who just opened his first cattle operation and is selling farm to table. So you’ve got to look at all these different avenues and what are your dreams because if you have dreams and goals, it’s how do you make it in reality, you’ve got to find the property that fits that
